We are here to listen and support you. As part of our programs and services, Pathstone also provides a Crisis and Support Line and our Walk-in Clinics.
There is no cost, no referral, and no health card needed to access either our Crisis and Support or Walk-In Clinics services.

Support Line
The support line provides immediate telephone counselling. It operates Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 7:30 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The team is comprised of mental health counsellors. Some of the things are team can assist with include: Crisis Stabilization, Parenting Strategies, Behavioural management strategies, Linkages to Community Resources.

Walk-in Clinics
Pathstone has 10 Walk-In Clinics across Niagara, open Monday-Friday. Our team can meet with you in-person or through a video session.
To receive a one-on-one session with a Pathstone counsellor, no appointments are necessary. Families are served on a first come, first served basis. There is an option to prebook an appointment by calling our crisis and support line.
