The Pathstone Foundation is seeking diverse individuals who are passionate about children’s mental health and willing to act as a community connectors.

Role of the Board

The Pathstone Foundation Board provides governance oversight and strategic leadership for the Foundation’s fundraising and community engagement efforts. Board members help strengthen the Foundation’s ability to inspire philanthropy and build meaningful relationships across Niagara.

Board Member Expectations

• Board members are expected to:
• Provide governance oversight and strategic guidance
• Act as ambassadors for Pathstone Foundation in the community
• Support fundraising and relationship-building efforts
• Participate actively in board and committee meetings
