HOPE – Helping Others Parent Effectively

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Group

HOPE has been serving Niagara Families for over 30 years!

HOPE is a parent/ professional-led support group for Parents and Caregivers of Children/Teens with ADHD. At HOPE meetings you can receive education, share concerns and suggestions and learn advocacy skills, in a nonjudgmental setting with others who are living daily with similar ADHD challenges.

HOPE had its origins with Niagara Region Public Health and more recently has been connected as a volunteer group with Learning Disabilities Association of Niagara and presently with Pathstone Mental Health 905-688-6850.

Meetings are FREE.  No registration needed.   Open to all Parents and Caregivers, Relatives, Friends of a Child or Teen with ADHD.

Guest speakers are arranged for some meetings.

HOPE meetings are on scheduled  Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

The first part of the meeting centers on the scheduled topic, followed by time to discuss any other ADHD issues Parents request.

Due to Covid restrictions, currently meetings are being held virtually.
